School Visit from Local MP Sir Mark Hendrick

Our Lady’s Catholic High School had the pleasure on Friday 19 June of welcoming Preston MP Sir Mark Hendrick who enjoyed a tour of Our Lady’s and met with our pupil leadership team.

Sir Mark had a wonderful conversation with our pupil leadership team that included our newly appointed Head Girl and Head Boy (Birdie and Zack), along with their deputies Ella, Mollie, Ajit and Tommy. Pupils spoke about their experiences of school life and their aspirations for the future.

Headteacher Mr Charnock and Sir Mark also enjoyed a productive discussion about the opportunities and challenges facing education.
