Evaluating Impact
We are continuously measuring and assessing the impact of our careers programme on our pupils. We have many ways of doing this, including using our pupils destinations data and gaining feedback from students, parents, staff, employers and partners.
We have recently received the results from our whole school pupil careers survey in association with Trendence UK, where our pupils’ responses have been analysed and compared to regional and national careers provision, perception and ambition across 2,800 schools. This is obviously an incredibly useful tool for us when evaluating and improving our provision. You can view the document here.
The next review of our CEAIG provision will take place in June 2022.
